Trump: We know the culprit and we are ready

US President Donald Trump said on Sunday the United States believed it knows who was behind the attacks on two oil facilities in Saudi Arabia and that it is "ready" but still awaiting verification and assessment before deciding how to deal with it.
“Saudi oil supplies have come under attack,” Trump said on Twitter. We have reason to believe that we know the culprit and are ready based on verification but we are waiting to listen to the Kingdom. ”
