The wounded of the Southern Resistance, on the fronts of al-Dhale’ in central Yemen, and the joint forces on the west coast can no longer travel for treatment abroad, after the government of interim President Abd Rabbo Mansour Hadi disrupted the work of the immigration, passports and city conditions services in the city of Aden.
The wounded of the forces supported by the Arab coalition, considered to be the first victims of the decision of the legitimacy government, controlled by the Islah Party, the local branch of the Muslim Brotherhood, to stop issuing passports, from the Immigration and Passports Department in Aden.

Legitimacy, through this decision, appears to have taken it upon itself to punish the wounded of the Southern Resistance and the Joint Forces for fighting the Houthi militia on the fronts of the Dhale and Hodeidah governorate, especially since Aden is the only outlet for the transfer of cases requiring treatment abroad.

Moreover, the majority of the members of the resistance forces in their various formations do not have passports in advance.

The Minister of Interior in the government of Abd Rabbo Mansour Hadi announced the suspension of work at the ministry's headquarters and the immigration, passports and civil status departments in Aden following the recent clashes.

The ministry said the decision to suspend the work was issued by Minister Ahmed al-Maisari and starts from Saturday until further notice, adding that the decision came after what it said was "a coup against the legitimate government recognized internationally".
