International report: $ 100.3 billion production of the Yemeni economy in 2030 if the war did not occur

According to sources if the war did not occur in Yemen, the GDP of Yemen's economy would have almost tripled, from $ 35.7 billion in 2014 to $ 100.3 billion in 2030.

The per capita GDP growth rate could improve from -2.7 per cent in 2014 to 2.3 per cent in 2019 and 4.7 per cent in 2030, while the per capita GDP is growing, according to the United Nations Development Program (UNDP).  Total from $ 3770 in 2014 to $ 5900 in 2030.

The report pointed out that the war in Yemen five years ago had serious consequences for the country's economy.Informally, GDP declined from $ 35.7 billion in 2014 to $ 20.1 billion in 2019, and per capita GDP fell from $ 3,770 to 1950.  A level not seen in Yemen since before 1960.

The report identified the economic impact of the war in Yemen, which is the loss of economic output of $ 88.8 billion in 2019, and if the war continues, the lost economic output will grow to $ 180.8 billion in 2022 and to $ 656.9 billion by 2030, or 26 times the size of Yemen's economy in 2014.
