Houthi militias assassinated a tribal sheikh on Saturday, October 5, 2019, in the Al-Ozla of al-Sharnama, the village of al-Ma'zba, and carried out a large-scale looting campaign in Ozla al-Hadda, in Mekhlaf Al-Oud governorate in central Yemen.

Local sources said that the Houthi militias, Iran's arm in Yemen, liquidated Sheikh Ahmad Musleh Al-Hadrami (55 years) from the village of al-Ma'zba Ozla Sharnama in Mekhlaf Al-Oud Ibb province, under the pretext of shooting on the circumcision of one of the descendants of Sheikh Hadrami, as is the customs and traditions of the region.

The sources pointed out that Sheikh Al-Hadrami was killed during armed clashes with Houthi militia elements while he was taken to one of their prisons for shooting, despite the prior permission obtained by the militia to fire in celebration of the circumcision of one of his grandsons.
