Informed sources told Newsyemen that Islah leader Hammoud al-Mikhlafi agreed with the leaders of the Taiz axis to evacuate the training center of the Popular Mobilization in Yafers to be the headquarters of the recruitment camps he is preparing.
The sources added that Colonel Shawqi Saeed al-Mikhlafi, along with a number of leaders of the Islah Party loyal to al-Mikhlafi will manage the recruitment process until the expected return of Sheikh al-Mikhlafi from the Sultanate of Oman.
