Martin Griffiths once again welcomed "Ansar Allah's initiative to stop all missile attacks on Saudi Arabia and reduce the level of violence."

He called on all parties to meet with him and with the partners of the International Red Cross as soon as possible to resume discussions on the release of more prisoners and reaffirm their commitment to the Stockholm Agreement.

The unilateral actions of the Houthis represented unequivocally circumventing the text and content of the Stockholm Agreement by fragmentation and fragmentation of all files, which the UN envoy, who commends praise and acclaim, respectively, does not object.
Regarding the situation in Taiz, he has little or no knowledge of what is going on or the steps taken to implement Sweden's outputs, and Martin Griffiths said there were reports of humanitarian crossings being opened, he added "I hope these reports will be translated on the ground because Taiz deserves some good news and I hope an agreement will be reached soon.
Griffiths called for seizing the opportunity because it is now favorable.

"There are signs that give hope to the people of Yemen," Griffiths said.

During his briefing, he said that the signals emanate from the south in particular, but also from the north, which he said "is witnessing a decrease in the level of violence, in addition to showing the parties good intentions such as the release 290 prisoners by "Ansar Allah” and   the government of Yemen is finding ways to allow ships loaded with fuel to enter Hodeidah.

"These signs are fragile and require special care and further initiatives," Griffiths said.

He also welcomed the appointment of Indian General Abhijit Guha as Chairman of the Redeployment Committee and the International Observer Group
