Head of the Nasserite Unionist Popular Organization in Taiz Adel Al Oqibi, called for empowering popular control over the performance of agencies and institutions as a basic guarantee for eradicating and combating corruption.

Al-Oqibi considered the financial and administrative correction committees during the era of the martyr Al-Hamdi a vivid example.

In a post on his Facebook page, Al-Oqibi stressed that dropping the idea of   quotas and sharing for public office is a victory for the state, for fair citizenship and the rule of law.

Commenting on the exodus calls to bring down the corrupt in Taiz, Al-Oqibi said that the real rebel in the face of corruption cannot practice the actions of the corrupt and the revolution in the triumph of values   and morals and call for the law to be the rule, do not allow anyone to take you to the acts of chaos and sabotage.
