France: Saudi Arabia ready for truce in Yemen

Saudi Arabia has expressed readiness for a possible truce in Yemen, French Foreign Minister Jean-Yves Le Drian said on Monday.
"The situation in southern Yemen shows 'positive signs' for the first time in months," Le Drian said in a speech at the Sorbonne in the UAE capital Abu Dhabi.
The French foreign minister said Sunday after his meeting with his UAE counterpart Sheikh Abdullah bin Zayed that his country "will work with the UAE to calm tension in the region."
