Houthi militia breaks the truce by shelling Hais and Duraimi in Hodeidah

The joint forces thwarted on Thursday a new infiltration attempt carried out by elements of the Houthi militia, in the directorate of Tahita in Hodeida province, west of the country.
According to the sources, the militia carried out heavy shelling with RPGs, 23-caliber MT-12s, 12.7-caliber and 14.5-caliber weapons, and Pica-modified weapons, on various Joint Forces positions north of Drahimi.
In Hays district, a local source said that the Houthi militia targeted the residential neighborhoods in the city center with heavy and medium weapons.
In recent days, the Houthi militia has stepped up attacks on Joint Forces areas in a clear rejection of a UN-brokered ceasefire.
