UAE provides 12 tons of food aid to the people of Bir Ali in Shabwa

The United Arab Emirates has provided 12 tons of food aid to the people of "Bir Ali" in the directorate of Radoum in Shabwa governorate.
The UAE Red Crescent said in a statement that it sent a relief convoy to the area (Bir Ali), which included 150 food parcels distributed to poor and needy families, pointing out that the operation of the convoy comes as a continuation of the UAE humanitarian and relief projects aimed at helping the brothers in Yemen and alleviate their suffering and improve their conditions of living.
According to the statement, the number of food baskets distributed by the UAE Crescent in the province of Shabwa since the beginning of 2019 amounted to 33 thousand and 174 food basket with a total amount of 1900 tons and 480 kilograms.
