Soldiers from the General Security Forces cut off the public line in Ataq city, Shabwa province, and prevented vehicles from passing in protest against months of delayin the payment of their salaries.

Security recruits cut off the main line in front of the Al-Karimi Bank in Ataq city after the Public Security Command refused to pay their salaries for more than three months.

According to the source, the recruits accuse Abed Rabbo L'Akab al-Sharif, commander of the special security forces loyal to the Brotherhood, of issuing directives to prevent the handing over of their salaries because they refused to take part in the battles against the Shabwa elite that took place months ago.
