Washington includes the Asa’ib Ahl al-Haq militia group on the terrorism list

The US State Department has announced the inclusion of the Iraqi pro-Iranian militia “Asaib al-Haq” and two of its leaders on the list of foreign terrorist organizations.
The State Department confirmed in a statement issued last night that "Asaib al-Haq" is among Iran's agents in the region.
"The Asaib Ahl al-Haq militia is one of the Iranian-backed militias, and it operates mainly in Iraq and Syria. The movement has been involved in sectarian violence and war crimes in both countries," it said.
"The" Asaib "is considered one of the three largest Iraqi militias supported by the Revolutionary Guards' terrorist corps, while the Asaib shows their allegiance publicly to the Iranian regime."
