A rural area east of Mocha appeals to health and crescent to provide medicines for fevers

On Friday, the people of the village of Al-Kudaiha in Ozlah Al-Zahari, northeast of Mocha, called on the health office and the Emirati Red Crescent to launch a campaign to combat fevers in the region.
Salim El-Mouradi said that fevers and dengue-like symptoms started to spread in the area, in the absence of medical facilities, and the difficult financial situation of the people.
He added, that a number of families were afflicted with severe fever similar to dengue symptoms, which requires urgent intervention.
He explained that the physical conditions of the people are very difficult, not allowing them to move to Mocha for treatment, and that the area is free of medical clinics.
