A week passed on Yemen without the internet and almost all news avoided mentioning legitimacy by the government and the concerned authorities and the Ministry of Communications and Information Technology and its role and responsibilities, even at the level of clarification and comment, as if they are merely nominal names and authorities that do not exercise any powers nor are they addressed or asked about them.

Talk, debate, and criticism have gone out of the militia of the revolutionary militia as the first controller with big and dangerous powers controlling the life and interests of an entire country that legitimacy says it now controls 80 - 85 per cent of the land, while it has no choice whatsoever about the main vital services the size of communications and the Internet.

Similar and repeated cases and occasions successively within five years in the affirmation and renewal of the leadership, administrative, and executive sterility and impotence of an authority recognized and supported by the world and do nothing to carry out its duties and responsibilities and fulfill the simplest and most important service and employment benefits and only voluntarily relinquished the most important authorities and services and the voluntary sectors of the Houthis and their hand as a financial power equal value and meaning of power, influence and control.

What was the authority doing then during these years? What is the feasibility of successive governments with a very large number of ministries, portfolios, and decorative designations, with the exception of the unjust depletion of budgets, expenditures, and funds, and the accumulation of corruption, failure, deficits and collective losses, all of which are considered as gains and profits in the category of the revolutionaries and Houthi militias ?!

A week and Yemen is isolated from the actual and virtual world, and the only narration that people circulate is that the Houthis give. Did legitimate government say anything ? What is the opinion, comment, interpretation and role of the Ministry of Communications and Legal Information Technology, not Houthi? Or is it that what is said is not just a mockery: that the Ministry of Communications in Aden refers the callers to the question and asked for clarification about the problem on the communications in Sana'a and the Ministry of the revolutionaries ?!

Nobody now wants to remember or expand a little on this matter, to avoid the embarrassments that everyone avoids, when it comes to the service provider project "Aden Net", and the strange stories and stories that people and users in Aden pass on: about the service, the feasibility, the quality, the coverage area and the excessive financial cost . In addition to the difficulty of obtaining a device or a very poor service chip with very exaggerated fees, until it was said that it is necessary to mediate and recommend the Minister at least (..) while the public and users departed from it as an option in any of the circumstances and possibilities.
