Gunmen affiliated with the Muslim Brotherhood stormed the office of the temporary headquarters of Taiz Governorate, today, Wednesday, and forced the governor, Nabil Shamsan, to leave the city towards the city of al-Turbah in the south of the governorate.

An official source said that gunmen affiliated with the Muslim Brotherhood stormed the governorate headquarters today, and broke windows, doors and offices on the pretext of demanding the disbursement of funds for the wounded, who were seized by the Minister of Finance.

The gunmen carried out this attack with the complicity of the military police forces in charge of protecting the provincial headquarters in the oil company, and they pushed the governor, Nabil Shamsan, to leave the city of Taiz to the city of Al-Turbah, the capital city of Hujaria.

This Brotherhood attack comes after two assassination attempts against the governor, Nabil Shamsan, the first in front of the headquarters of the Axis in Neama Rassam School, and the second in front of his residence at the oil company lounge in Jamal Abdel Nasser Street in the city of Taiz.
