Aden, Newsyemen:

The Governor of Al-Jawf Governorate, Major General Amin al-Okimi, called on the interim president, Abd Rabbo Mansour Hadi, to form a committee to investigate the reasons for the control of the province's status by the Houthi militia, the Iranian arm in Yemen.

According to an official memorandum, Al-Okimi called on President Hadi to quickly set up a committee to investigate the cause of the fall of the provincial center and the neighboring districts in the hands of the Houthis.

And for the first time, the governor is speaking by Al-Okimi away from Vice President Ali Mohsen Al-Ahmar, in an indication that the differences between the two parties have worsened.

The message of al-Okimi, according to observers, is an implicit accusation of the Vice-President al-Ahmar of being behind the fall of al-Jawf Governorate by the Houthi militia.

The Houthi militia managed to control the districts of al-Ghayl, al-Maslub, al-Hazm and parts of Khub al-Shaaf, and seized huge stores of various weapons and military vehicles, amid accusations that the Islah party had handed over.
