Thwarting an attack by the Houthi militia in the city of Hodeidah

The joint forces responded to an attack by the Houthi militia on its sites east of Al-Saleh, in Al-Hodeidah.
A military source in the joint forces said that armed groups from the Houthi militia launched an attack on the sites using medium and light machine guns and artillery shells, and the joint forces were able to confront them and break the attack.
It added that the joint forces have inflicted heavy losses on the militias, killed and wounded in their ranks, while the rest of them have escaped.
On Saturday, the joint forces put down actions and attempts of Houthi militia to escalate, and caused them human and material losses.
A military source in the joint forces stated that the reconnaissance units monitored armed militia gatherings and movements near the contact lines inside the city of Al-Hodeidah, the Al-Durahimi and Al-Jabaliya sectors, and they were dealt with with appropriate weapons and achieved direct hits among the militias.
