Aden, Newsyemen :

Muhammad Ali al-Houthi, head of what is called the Houthi Militia Revolutionary Committee, called on the World Food Program to quickly disburse cash aid, threatening to publish videos.

In a tweet on his Twitter account, the Houthi leader said, "If the food program does not start implementing the experimental stage to deliver (cache) approved and justified with flimsy excuses, the videos of these excuses may be uploaded."

Al Houthi claimed that the videos document the approval of the World Food Program officials on the items, and fabricate problems that hinder the implementation of the pilot phase of cash assistance, as he put it.
