Al Bayda, Newsyemen:

In its latest release, Al-Qaeda has accused ISIS of deliberately targeting civilians with mines and improvised explosive devices.

"Ansar al-Sharia", the local name for al-Qaeda in Yemen, broadcast a new video clip showing shocking results of explosive devices and mines exploding civilians in Al-Bayda.

In this version, Ansar al-Sharia accused ISIS of planting mines and explosive devices that "intentionally" target civilians in Al-Bayda.

It is worth noting that this tenth video, published by "Ansar al-Sharia" in the series "God Witnesses They Are Liars," still refers to ISIS as the Al-Baghdadi group, not Al-Qurashi.

Al-Bayda governorate witnesses from time to time violent confrontations between the two organizations, through which each organization seeks to control the camps of the other party without attacking the Houthi camps, despite its presence in the region.

As a result of these confrontations, dozens of people were killed and wounded, especially in the remote Qayfah area, adjacent to Marib Governorate.
