3 senior Houthi leaders were killed and more than 15 militants in the fronts of North Dhalea

More than 15 Houthis, including two leaders, were killed during extensive clashes in the north of Dhalea, which were fought by the southern and joint forces yesterday night and dawn today.

The clashes took place in the northwest front of Al-Dhalea, and they included sectors (Bab Ghalaq - Habil Al-Abdi and Wadi Thubah - Habil al-Kalb and Wadi al-Maa - Wadi al-Fakhir and Habil al-Mahatat - Tabab Othman and Wadi al-Mut - Habil al-Youbi and Wadi al-Dhub - areas of al-Jubb - the Battar region - al-Thukhab and al-Mashareeh).

The confrontations were at its strongest yesterday night until dawn today, using various weapons and bullets.


The prominent Houthi leader Ibrahim al-Sabahi, nicknamed Abu al-Nasr, was killed, and the Houthi leader Abu Harb - Abdullah al-Imad - from Mahwit was killed, along with the death of 13 individuals and the damage to an armed kit, destruction and burning of a storehouse of ammunition in al-Nabija.

Military sources in Al-Dhalea revealed details of a specific operation carried out by the armor units in the southern forces in the northwestern depths fronts.

The sources reported information confirming the death of the Houthi leader, Abu Ahmed Al-Bakhiti, who is a senior leader of the militia fronts in Al-Dhalea and holds the position of financial officer of the Al-Dhalea front.


The sources pointed out that the militias are keeping the body of Al-Bakhiti and three of his companions after they died after a specific pre-emptive operation carried out by a specialized unit of armor force in the southern forces during the past 48 hours.
