On Saturday, 8 civilians were killed and injured, with intense artillery shelling by the Brotherhood's militia on rural villages on the outskirts of the city of Zanjubar, Abyan Governorate.
Eyewitnesses told the Newsyemen correspondent that the Brotherhood's militia bombed villages and pedestrians traveling on the main road, killing 3 civilians and wounding 5 others while they were passing with their families.
They explained that the Muslim Brotherhood militia launched a violent bombardment targeting the rural villages on the outskirts of the city of Zanjubar, the capital of Abyan Governorate, and cars of citizens passing by were also targeted.
A spokesman for the southern forces in the governorate of Abyan Muhammad Al-Naqeeb said that the artillery of the southern armed forces responded to the fire of the terrorist enemy, referring to the Brotherhood militias that targeted villages and civilian passers-by.
The Captain, in a tweet on his account on twitter stated that the Sheikh Salem Front and Qarn Classy witnessed, in the meantime, the artillery shelling between the southern forces and the terrorist Brotherhood's militias.
