Bayda, Newsyemen:

A tribal source revealed that the militia leader, Abdul-Malik Al-Houthi, had made promises to sheikhs from Al-Bayda that included the implementation of the demands of tribal support regarding the case of the killing of Jihad Al-Asbahi at her house in Al-Tafa District.

This came in a televised call to Abdul-Malik al-Houthi, during a tribal arbitration meeting held in Sana'a, Friday, for Sheikhs from Al-Bayda, most of them loyal to it and attended by Houthi leaders from the first row.

The source said that Al-Houthi expressed his gratitude to the sheikhs for their efforts, declaring his readiness to withdraw his forces and supervisors from Al-Bayda - if this was the request of the sheikhs - and provided that he does not enter the province other than its people.

The tribal source in favor of tribal support considered these promises as a new Houthi prevarication aimed at creating a rift between the tribes of tribal support and the sheikhs, adding: "The points cannot be fulfilled by how much they withdraw from the province."
