Taiz, Newsyemen, private:

Medical sources in the governorate of Taiz said that a cholera epidemic has been recorded in the governorate since last Ramadan, amid a complete absence of the role of the authority in the governorate to confront the epidemic that claimed last summer many deaths.

In conjunction with the return of cholera, Taiz is experiencing an accelerated outbreak of the Coronavirus, far exceeding the official figures announced at a time when the authorities continue to confirm that they have not received any support from the legitimacy and its institutions, with the exception of 20 million riyals of which 8 million went to the security director in exchange for implementing field measures.

In Taiz, all parties ignore the implementation of the precautionary measures directed by Governor Nabil Shamsan based on the recommendations of the Sub-Emergency Committee, as markets, mosques and gatherings are still open with a late move that began today, Monday, aimed at closing restaurants and cafeterias, but the process of preventing qat entry into the city prompted opening  A crowded market in al-Dhabab

The city of Taiz is witnessing an outbreak of unknown symptoms that have afflicted hundreds of city residents and the countryside, which are treated by patients, as they are viral infections despite their similarities to the symptoms of the Coronavirus, but with moderate severity.

Hospitals refuse to accept those with these symptoms, while they resort to pharmacies to obtain analgesics and fever reducers, while many drug brands disappear from pharmacies.
