Coalition : destroyed 357 Houthi aircraft launched towards Saudi Arabia

The Arab coalition revealed on Monday that the total of "drones" that were launched towards Saudi Arabia, which were shot down and destroyed, reached 357 drones.
The coalition spokesman, Colonel Turki, said that on Monday evening, the joint coalition forces managed to intercept and shoot down a number of "booby-trapped" drones launched by the Iranian-backed terrorist Houthi militia towards civilians and civilian objects in the Asir region (southwest of the Kingdom).
He added, "This terrorist attempt by the Houthi militia and previous attempts by terrorist operations to target innocent civilians and civilian objects, as well as population gatherings, which threaten the lives of hundreds of civilians in a systematic way, and intentionally causing high civilian casualties by using drones that carry explosive materials." Noting that «the total of unmanned aircraft that were launched towards the Kingdom, were shot down and destroyed 357 drones, which is a flagrant violation of international humanitarian law and its customary rules, and contrary to the customs and heavenly and human values».
Colonel Al-Maliki stated, “The continuation of these hostile and terrorist acts using drones (booby-trapped drones) confirms the extremist and unethical Houthi militia’s approach, and its rejection of all the initiatives presented by the coalition, as well as the international efforts by the UN Secretary-General’s Special Envoy to Yemen Martin Griffiths for a cease-fire and reduce escalation, and reach a comprehensive political solution to the Yemeni crisis. ”
He emphasized that "the coalition forces command leads in and takes all necessary measures to protect innocent civilians, and will take strict and appropriate operational measures to stop these terrorist acts, in accordance with international humanitarian law and its customary rules."
On Monday morning, the Joint Forces Command announced the interception and shooting down of a "booby-trapped" unmanned plane launched by the Houthi militia in an attempt to target civilians and civilian objects in the city of Khamis Mushayt.
