The southern resistance carried out a series of multiple ambushes in the Muhafed district of Abyan, on Tuesday, targeting military reinforcements of the Muslim Brotherhood west of the Muhafed district.
A military source told "Newsyemen" that the resistance carried out a tight ambush targeting brotherhood military reinforcements coming from Shabwa governorate on board 3 military crews and another carrying a 23-caliber car in the Wadi Daiqa area west of the city of Al-Mahfed.
In a tight ambush, it also targeted military reinforcements of the Brotherhood's militia east of Lahmar area.
The ambushes of the southern resistance resulted in a number of deaths and injuries among the Brotherhood's militia and the destruction of a number of military crews, according to the source.
Along the international line, in al-Daiqa area, west of the Al-Mahfed district, to the east of the Lahmar region, violent hours of clashes erupted between southern resistance heroes and terrorist militias loyal to the Islah party.
