Mocha, Newsyemen:

The first representative of Hodeidah governorate held the UN envoy to Yemen Martin Griffiths responsible for weakening the role of the United Nations in the interest of the Houthi militia, Iran's arm in Yemen, and evading the implementation of agreements and accumulating gains.

This came in response to Martin Griffiths appeal, on Friday, to the militias and the legitimate government to allow ships to enter the port of Hodeidah, in light of the militias' looting and disposal of revenues from the account of the Central Bank branch of Hodeidah, in violation of the agreement to allocate them to the salaries of employees of Hodeidah.

Walid Al-Qadimi, Hodeidah Governorate's agent, asked Martin Griffiths, in a comment on a Twitter post:

"Where is 35 billion riyals of the revenues that were agreed to pay the salaries of employees, and in light of the agreement, the salaries of the people of Hodeidah governorate were stopped, looted and stolen by the Houthis, and you in were aware of that and now you beg to find new revenues for them."

He added, "You are the one who made the United Nations weak, because you have not implemented its decisions in Yemen."

Griffiths, in a previous briefing to the Security Council, revealed the Houthi militia's disposal of funds in the revenue account without documents and outside the agreement.
