Tribes in Ma'rib refused to pursue the opponents in Ubaidah Valley

The military campaign recently launched by the authorities in the Ma'rib Governorate, in the Ubaida Valley, in the north of the governorate, received widespread criticism, which observers described as a "violation of sanctities."
Activists and tribesmen in Marib condemned the storming of homes in Wadi Ubaida region, by forces belonging to the authorities in Marib, targeting the homes of civilians in the area of Al-Khashaa at the end of last June.
Dhiyab bin Ma’ili, in a Facebook post, said that the forces affiliated with the de facto authorities of Ma'rib “assaulted women and children, violated sanctities, confiscated property, and plundered money.”
