An officer in the 35th Brigade escapes an assassination attempt in Al-Turbah

Military sources in Al-Turbah said that the military commander of the 35th Armored Brigade, Marwan al-Barah, survived an assassination attempt by the forces of the Fourth Brigade, affiliated to the Islah party.
The sources added that Al-Barah was shot directly while entering the market of the city of Al-Turbah with a military crew, while the assassination attempt coincided with the shelling and shooting of the forces of the Fourth Brigade on the Jabal Baiyhan camp belonging to the 35 armored brigade.
The sources said that one of the soldiers of the 35th Armored Brigade was seriously wounded in the assassination attempt, and that the 35th Brigade forces had responded back to the sources of the fire extensively.
