A fierce battle in Hodeidah and a heavy toll on the Houthi militia

The joint forces in the city of Hodeidah crushed a simultaneous Houthi attack in more than one direction on Monday night, and the Iranian arm militia suffered heavy casualties.
Very fierce night battles fought by the joint forces against the Houthi militias in the east and northeast of Al Hodeidah city, during which various types of heavy, medium and light weapons were used.
Military sources with the joint forces confirmed the crushing of all Houthi militia efforts driven by new and qualitative reinforcements recently brought from Saada to achieve any breakthrough or progress across the advanced fighting lines in the heart of the city.
Local and field sources indicated that dozens of militias were killed.
The source said that the joint forces are engaged in violent confrontations with the Houthi militia, which is trying to penetrate the front lines of the sites in kilo 16, the city of Al-Saleh and the neighborhood of July 7.
The source added that the clashes extended to the entire contact lines of the fAl-Khamseen and Sana'a streets in the July 7 neighborhood, east of the city of Hodeidah.
The source stressed that the joint forces dealt painful strikes of the Houthi militia, which achieved direct casualties, during which the militias incurred heavy losses in equipment and lives.
Meanwhile, local residents told Newsyemen in the Al-Shuhada neighborhoods, Zayed Street and the outskirts of the Galilee neighborhood, that the Houthi militia fired mortar shells from among the residential neighborhoods on the outskirts of the Galilee neighborhood and the eastern parts of the city of Amin Moqbel, in conjunction with the fiercest attack by militia groups on Khamseen Street.
Local residents on Zayed Street and Al-Shuhada neighborhood in the Al-Hadi district added that the Houthi terrorist militia launches from the top of the buildings machine-guns towards City Max and 50th Street in an attempt to provide cover for another attack by militia herds on the joint forces.
According to a military source earlier Monday evening, the Houthi militia were killed by joint forces fire in new confrontations in the city of Hodeidah, hours after violent battles and thwarting two infiltration attempts in the east of the city, and another Houthi attack in the Hays district was simultaneously broken.
