On Wednesday, southern forces seized new locations for the Houthi militia in the northern Dhali front, after heavy fighting.
Field sources stated that the southern forces launched a major attack on the Houthi militia sites in the Bab Ghalaq and al-Fakhir sectors north of Dhalea, and the attack resulted in the complete liberation of "Habil al-Abdi", in addition to the areas of Shaab Al-Maa, Tabat Al-Hawa, Al-Dar Al-Abyad, Hosn and the house of Abdullah Al-Haj .
The front has witnessed fierce battles between the southern forces and the Houthi militia, since midnight yesterday, and the confrontations are still continuing until the moment (Wednesday evening).
According to the sources, the two sides have used in various battles heavy and medium weapons.
The sources said that a number of Houthi militia members were killed and wounded during the confrontations with the southern forces in the Al-Fakher Front.
While five martyrs were killed and other southern forces fighters were wounded, while repelling a counter attack by the Houthi militia, the militia broke down, a number of its members were killed, and the southern forces penetrated into the “Shalil” areas and seized military sites and equipment
