Clashes within the central prison in Radaa and killing a supervisor

Leaders in the Houthi militia stormed the security department in the city of Radaa, and released a suspect of murder, in conjunction with the killing of Houthi supervisor by the supervisor of the central prison in the city, who tried to release another suspect.  

A local source in Radaa said, that Houthi leaders from the Idris family with armed groups on board five crews stormed the security department in deterrence and launched the alleged Sameh Ahmed Idris, who is accused of killing a Taiz worker in the Qat farm in the outskirts of Radaa early this month.

The source added that after this incident, a Houthi supervisor named Hussein bin Hussein al-Nayb al-Makani Abu Muhammad, along with a number of Houthi militants, tried to release another prisoner, but the supervisor of the central prison, Abu Ali al-Riyami, prevented this, and clashes broke out, leading to the death of the supervisor Abu Muhammad al-Nayb.

Since the beginning of this year, the city of Radaa has witnessed unprecedented security infiltration with fighting between leaders and supervisors of the Houthi militia.
