A woman was killed by a Houthi mine blast in western Taiz

An internationally forbidden individual mine planted by the Houthi militia in the Rahba area of   the Al-Sharajah village of the Jabal Habashi district west of Taiz governorate, this Thursday, killed a woman in her forties.

A local source told "Newsyemen" that Fakhriya Saif Thabet Al-Ufairi was killed by the explosion of an individual mine planted by the Houthi militia in a road passing by in the village of Heijna while she was grazing sheep.

The source added, that the residents saw 3 internationally prohibited anti-personnel mines that are still planted at the scene of the incident that claimed Fakhariyah life and has not yet exploded and threatens the lives of civilians.

Residents of the villages of Al-Rahba (Hejina, Al-Dhanba, Al-Ahsab, Hamra) live in the midst of a harsh siege for 3 years, and dozens of families face a certain death due to the terrorism imposed by the terrorist Houthi militia.
