Aden, Newsyemen, Exclusive:

The ship "Safer", the floating oil tank, is anchored in the Red Sea off the coast of Hodeidah, about 7 kilometers from the port of Ras Issa.

The ship, Safer, carries a million and 140 thousand barrels of oil, but it has become threatening with disaster due to the suspension of maintenance work for it in the last five years.

According to the information, the last maintenance operation of the ship took place before the Houthi militia invaded Sanaa in 2014.

And the Iranian arm in Yemen is preventing the United Nations team from accessing the Safer ship and carrying out maintenance work that was scheduled two years ago.

The "Newsyemen" channel, on YouTube, publishes a motion graphic video, showing the danger posed by the Safer oil reservoir remaining without maintenance, amid warnings of an environmental and humanitarian catastrophe in the event that maintenance is delayed and oil spills due to the intransigence of the Houthis.
