Today, the joint forces managed to kill, wound, and capture a number of members of the terrorist Houthi militia in an attack by the joint forces on militia sites on the fronts in the northern Al-Dhalea governorate.
A military source told "Newsyemen" that, during the past 48 hours, the southern and joint forces launched large-scale raids towards the Houthi militia sites in Murais, which culminated in retaking a number of important strategic sites that were under the control of the rebels.
The operations resulted in the deaths of a large number of Houthi militia members, including wounded, and captured others, in addition to the seizure of a number of military equipment.
In the Bab Ghalaq Hajar sector, the front witnessed an exchange of intense artillery fire that extended to Habeel Al-Abdi and Tabab Othman, reaching the front of Battar and Al-Thuhab, northwest of Al Dhalea.
The fronts in the south of the town of Al-Oud witnessed new field escalations and mutual clashes using various machine-guns and anti-air missiles between the southern and joint forces on one side and the Houthi militia on the other side.
According to the source, the confrontations erupted after the Houthi militia attempted to create new military barracks in the vicinity of the inflamed fire line areas.
