Aden, NewsYemen:

The Austrian newspaper, Die Press, quoted in its Thursday report, the former agent, Jason J, as saying, "Qatar is financing the Houthis directly, which means that it is also financing missile attacks on Saudi Arabia," in addition to its funding of the Lebanese Hezbollah and the Muslim Brotherhood.

The newspaper added, according to the former agent who provided the German newspaper Die Zeit with information about Qatar's funding of Hezbollah last month, saying that a week before the attack on Najran and Abha airport, he provided information to intelligence agencies that helped counter those attacks and avoid civilian casualties.

Jason also indicated that there is information indicating that more attacks are being prepared, and he believes that Saudi Arabia is no longer a target of Houthi missiles and attacks only, but that Bahrain is now among the targets in addition to international shipping lanes.

The Austrian newspaper mentioned that the Yemeni government has always accused "Qatar" of adopting the policy of the Houthis, and more than once confirmed Doha's support for groups from Iran in Yemen, and its communication with them.

In the same context, the Undersecretary of the Yemeni Ministry of Information, Najeeb Ghallab, said in his interview with Al-Arabiya TV, that Qatar was planning to establish an "Islamic" regime that would combine the Houthis and the Muslim Brotherhood, but it failed to do so due to the stances of the national movement in general against this scheme.

He added that while Qatar was within the coalition forces in Yemen, it had to correct its policies, but made its presence within the coalition an obstacle to its goals and a reason for creating conflicts between the Yemeni forces and trying to adopt directions to place the Houthis in a controlling position in Yemen, and after its exit from the coalition, Qatar adopted clear and public policies to support the Houthis against Saudi Arabia and the coalition in general, and it sought to support any party that adopts this trend.
