The Houthi militia, Iran's arm in Yemen, suffered a new setback in the wake of the southern forces breaking unsuccessful infiltration attempts on the fronts north of Al-Dhalea.

A military source told "Newsyemen" that the Houthi militia attempted to infiltrate Shaab Nimra and Sayla Hajar, northeast of Bab al-Ghalq, Habeel al-Abdi al-Qafla, Shakhb and al-Hamarat, west of Qataba district, north of the governorate.

The heroes of the southern forces, under the support of artillery and armor weapons, were able to stop and break the widespread attack of the Houthi militia after the battles that lasted for hours.

According to the source, the Houthi militia retreated after suffering dozens of deaths and injuries in its ranks.

He explained that the widespread Houthi infiltration on the sites of the southern forces came after a meeting held by the leader Abu Ali Al-Hakim with the sheikhs of the Ibb governorate and demanded that they mobilize and restore the areas of Qataba and Murais that the militias lost in the past weeks.
