Britain: Houthi militia prevents aid from reaching millions of Yemenis

The United Kingdom called on the Houthi militia, the Iranian arm in Yemen, to allow aid and relief workers to enter its areas of control, and to accept the proposals of the UN envoy, Martin Griffiths, to end the war.
In a statement, the Minister for the Middle East at the British Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Development, James Cleverley, expressed concern about the restrictions imposed in the areas controlled by the Houthi militia, preventing aid from reaching millions of people in desperate need.
The British Minister called on the Houthi militia to allow relief and aid workers to enter these areas quickly, safely and without hindrance, especially in light of the risk of famine this year.
