Al Houthi militia escalated in Hays and targeted its residential neighborhoods with mortar shells

The terrorist Houthi militia, Iran's arm in Yemen, has stepped up its deliberate bombing of neighborhoods, and continues to plant mines and devices hysterically in the city of Hays, Hodeidah.

A military source at the Hais front told NewsYemen that the Houthi militia bombed, with a number of heavy mortar shells, residential neighborhoods in the populated village of Sabaa, south of Hais.

He added that units of the 7th brigade giants, within the joint forces stationed at the Suqm Junction, identified the Houthi fire sources and responded with painful strikes that managed to extinguish the sources of the fire.


In the context, the source pointed out that the reconnaissance teams of the 11th Brigade, the giants, monitored intense movement of militias from the direction of the village of Hilla and its surrounding areas, located north of the village of Beit Maghari in Hays.

He stressed that during the monitoring process, the militias sent a number of their members, with a number of mines and IEDs, in an unsuccessful attempt to plant more networks of mines and IEDs near the homes of citizens.

He pointed out that the heroes of the forces dealt with the Houthi elements with the appropriate response and forced them to flee, and the forces managed to thwart the Iranian plan, while one of the devices exploded with the Houthi elements and caused a number of dead and wounded, and the bodies are still lying under the trees.
