The joint forces and the southern resistance in Al-Dhalea governorate succeeded, at midnight (Saturday / Sunday), in thwarting an attack carried out by the Iranian arm in Yemen, in the sector.
Field military sources indicated that the joint forces and the southern resistance thwarted an attack by the Houthi militia towards their sites in the Sabira sector - al-Jabb, explaining that the confrontations expanded to the Battar sector in the west and the Habeel al-Dahnah sector to the east.
It said that the two sides used light and medium weapons during the confrontations, and the confrontations continued for about an hour.
According to the sources, clashes and exchanges of fire continued in various combat sectors with medium weapons.
