On Tuesday, armed clashes erupted between the joint forces, on the one hand, and the Houthi militia, the Iranian arm in Yemen, on the other hand, in the Hays front, south of Hodeidah.
Military media reported to the joint forces that the Houthi militia stationed in remote areas on the administrative borders of the Ibb governorate, northeast of the city of Hays, tried to create fortifications in the vicinity of Al-Udain Junction, and launched massive bombardment on residential neighborhoods on the outskirts of the city.
It was reported that the joint forces confronted the militias by intensive bombing that put out their fire sources and forced them to flee after suffering direct losses in their ranks.
