The Arab coalition in Yemen announced that the plane that tried to target Abha International Airport was a copy of the Iranian march "Ababil T".

On Wednesday, Abha airport, in southern Saudi Arabia, was attacked by the terrorist Houthi militia with four bombing drones.

The Al-Ikhbariya channel, "Saudi Arabia," quoted the coalition as saying, "The bombed plane that tried to target Abha airport is a copy of the Iranian march Ababil T."

The satellite station published, on its Twitter account, pictures of the remains of the wreckage of the plane that targeted the civilian airport.

On Wednesday, the coalition announced that it had controlled a fire in a civilian plane as a result of the attack on Abha airport.

He stressed that the attempt by the Houthi militia to target the Abha International Airport "is a war crime and endangers the lives of civilians."

He stressed that he would take the necessary measures to protect civilians from Houthi threats, stressing his intention to hold the Houthis accountable in accordance with international law.

The coalition had announced before that, the interception and destruction of two "booby-trapped" aircraft launched by the Houthi militia towards Saudi Arabia.
