Ibb, NewsYemen:

A leader in the Yemeni Gathering for Reform revealed some of the corruption practiced by the army leaders in the Ibb axis, which is affiliated with the legitimacy and located in Al-Dhalea governorate.

The head of the Local Council Services Committee in Al-Hasha District, Sheikh Ahmed Abdullah Al-Salahi, told NewsYemen that the unjust and politicized campaigns that previously targeted the military commander, Abdul Karim Al-Sayyadi, were aimed at enabling reform leaders to manage the Ibb axis.

Al-Salahi confirmed that the commander of the 83 Artillery Brigade in Maris Adel Al-Shaiba has looted the salaries of officers and members of the Al-Hasha district two years ago, amid complete silence from those who ignited the unjust campaign against the General Saidi.

Al-Salahi said that the media and political cells of the headquarters did not hear a single voice to reject the corruption and injustice that many fighters in Al-Hasha areas are exposed to.

Al-Salahi called for confronting Adel al-Shaiba's corruption and demanding that he hand over the salaries of the soldiers from the Al-Hasha district, which he has been stealing two years ago.

Al-Salahi considered the corruption of the reform leaders in the Ibb axis and the looting of their salaries as the other side of the Houthis.

Al-Salahi pointed out that a cruel and unjust media campaign was launched by the Brotherhood's corruption lobby in Al-Dhalea against Brigadier General Abdul Karim Al-Sayyadi, commander of the 30th Armored Brigade, with illusory and unfounded demands.

He emphasized that Brigadier General Al-Sayyadi had the greatest role and on his honorable side in the popular resistance by establishing a national army in Qataba and Al-Hasha, liberating the areas of Qataba and Al-Oud and reaching Al-Khashbah transfer, and he preserved these areas with his personal and social efforts.

Brotherhood leaders in Al-Dhalea governorate run the Ibb military axis, the 83 artillery brigade, the fourth reserve brigade and the fifth infantry brigade, special forces led by Brigadier General Abdo al-Halimi, in addition to the military police, the Ibb governorate branch and the al-Dhali governorate branch.

NewsYemen's sources revealed the status of the Ibb Military Axis brigades, which are names without real manpower, as the 82 artillery brigade has a declared strength of 5 thousand soldiers, while at the front they do not exceed 300 personnel, while the fourth brigade has a reserve of 3 thousand and there are 200 individuals, as well as the fifth brigade. Its general strength is 3 thousand soldiers, while the number of the present is not more than 200, in addition to the military police in Ibb, the emergency branch, and the Central Security. All are fake statements, and they are not present on the ground.

The sources said that Hadi issued decisions at the beginning of the battle with appointments in all military and security units under the authority of the Houthi brotherhood leaders, teachers and mosque preachers.
