This was more than two weeks before Biden's decisions on the war in Yemen were issued, knowing that these frequent visits to Washington were not official and did not express the government, as the government and parliament had already disowned Jabari's childish behavior, and they indicated that they only represent his person.
Biden's decisions were issued on February 7, to triumph against Jabbari's desire and recommendations, while they dealt a shocking blow to the Yemeni people and their aspirations, who believed that the forthcoming decisions would rid them of the Houthi aggression, but on the contrary, they strengthened it. Al-Houthi, and the other decision was to remove Al-Houthi from the list of terrorist groups classified by the Ministry of Justice of the previous administration of Trump.
With these two decisions, Jabbari provided a golden service to the Houthi group, which launched what it called the Battle of Al-Bunyan Al-Marsous to control Marib, with the aim of toppling it and bringing down the republic with it.
Perhaps this was the desire of the man who considered the barbaric Houthi militia better than the Arab coalition that saved Yemen from the clutches of the Iranian militia, and thanks to him, two-thirds of the liberated area on the ground was liberated.
Jabbari has always claimed that his positions serve the Yemeni cause and liberate it from the Houthi militia, but his actions were nothing but a tool to tear up the home front by sowing conflict, exchanging accusations and traitors against the national parties that killed Al Houthi.
The man's statements on social media or on the platforms of Brotherhood channels such as Al-Jazeera and others played nothing but a harmful role for the power confronting Iranian and Brotherhood influence in Yemen.
He claims in his statements that with the decision to include Al-Houthi as a terrorist group, while he appears in Parliament to deliver a speech warning against considering Al-Houthi a terrorist group, this will affect the course of peace with Al-Houthi.
Unfortunately..! For Jabari, the Houthi became a peace dove defending the land and the Yemeni identity against what he called the coalition's attack on Yemen.
Jabbari's positions made the militia feel grateful, and as a way to return the favor, the 2018 militia held a protest in Dhamar, calling on him to return to its arms.
However, Jabbari insisted on completing his role, accompanied by al-Maysari, al-Jabwani and others, and they formed a lobby within the legitimacy to attack the coalition and serve the Houthi, Qatar and their personal interests.
Jabbari was appointed head of the preparatory committee for the Riyadh conference, and then he turned against Riyadh and the coalition countries after announcing the Riyadh Agreement and confirming that the government would not include it, and the approval of Mouin Abdel-Malek as prime minister.
