Al-Jamai indicated that the General Aviation Authority was transferred to the capital, Aden, in August of 2015 AD, with the recognition of the international community, which recognized the civil aviation in Aden in the legitimate authority of Yemen.  Canada, as representatives of legitimacy.

Al-Jamai stressed that the world and the region recognize legitimacy and its institutions as a legitimate authority in Yemen, but there is complicity from influential people in the legitimacy who transfer aviation revenues from the central bank in Aden to the Houthis in Sana'a.

According to Al-Jamai, the former Minister of Transport, Saleh Al-Jabwani, has a major role in this deal, which goes to Al-Houthi.
