Aden, NewsYemen:

Yemeni journalist Jalal Al-Sharabi said that the office of the presidency allowed the entry of ships carrying oil derivatives in violation of specifications and standards, belonging to the influential Ahmed Saleh Al-Essi, to Yemeni ports in the liberated areas.

Al-Sharabi said, in a series of posts he posted on Twitter, presidential directives to allow a diesel ship loaded with (41956) tons of diesel to enter the port of Aden.

He pointed out that the ship (DMETER) belongs to the Deputy Director of the Office of the Presidency of the Republic, Ahmed Al-Essi, and it has been prohibited from entering for two months because of its violation of specifications and standards.

Al-Sharabi confirmed that the ship (DEMETER) begins unloading its cargo of diesel in violation of specifications in the port of Aden, after presidential directives, without obtaining any permits, approvals or payment of customs duties.

He demanded from the Yemeni government a position on what is happening in the Yemeni ports.

Al-Sharabi said, in another tweet, about three ships loaded with oil derivatives that arrived during the past 24 hours at the “Qena” port in Shabwa, in which the (QYZ) company invested, owned by the Deputy Director of the Office of the Presidency of the Republic, Ahmed Al-Essi.

At the same time, a ship carrying derivatives arrived at the port of Mocha..

Al-Sharabi published a table showing the ships arriving at the port of Aden, all of which follow Al-Essi.

The Yemeni journalist added that the ships did not obtain government permits, did not pay customs duties, and did not undergo any technical procedures to ensure their source or compliance with specifications and standards.

He concluded his tweet by asking: "What is the position of the government and the coalition regarding what is going on, and what is the point of continuing to implement Resolutions 75 and 49 regulating the import of fuel on the port of Hadramout and Hodeidah?
