Aden, NewsYemen:

In a belated step, after revenues of about $250 million went to the authority of Iran's arm at the authority's headquarters in Sana'a, the government said that the Ministry of Transport decided to move the Air Navigation Center from Sanaa to the capital, Aden.

The Minister of Transport, Abdul Salam Hamid, stressed, during a meeting in the city of Aden, the speedy transfer of the Air Navigation Center based on the decisions of the Council of Ministers in this regard, noting that any measures related to air traffic were previously carried out through Sana'a.

NewsYemen had published an official document on the Houthi benefits from the civil aviation authority in Sanaa remaining under the control of the Houthi militia and the complicity of former Minister of Transport Saleh al-Jabwani and the legitimacy of the Brotherhood, who were preoccupied with battles against the coalition to cover up the Houthi.

Hamid directed that exceptional efforts be made to complete all activities that fall under the authority's responsibility, including the transfer of the Air Navigation Center, based on the decisions of the Council of Ministers in this regard, and any procedures that were previously carried out through Sana'a.

He stressed the need to provide facilities to Arab and foreign airlines that applied to operate commercial flights to and from the airports of the liberated southern regions.

International airlines transfer the dues for the use of the airspace of the Republic of Yemen to the account of the body controlled by the Houthis in Sanaa.
