The Yemeni ambassador to Britain, Dr. Yassin Saeed Noman, the missile aggression carried out by the Houthis, on Sunday morning, against the Al-Anad base, re-poses some observations and questions to all parties that fall under the umbrella of legitimacy and resistance to the Iranian-Houthi project.
Noman wondered, is it possible to confront this war with the tools of peace, after Al-Houthi insists every time on dropping the option of peace from his calculations and insists on war.
He stressed that the peace discourse must be accompanied by the mobilization of a force of a different kind than the one that stops at the limits of responding to the attacks carried out by the Iranian Houthi alliance, otherwise it turns into a disheartening discourse at best.
He pointed out to those who believe that the Houthis will stop at the borders of the two countries before 1990, they may not realize that the Houthi project is drawn up by Tehran according to strategies that the Houthis themselves are ignorant of, and this means that dividing the battle with this malicious project serves it mainly.
He pointed out that the unity of the battle in this circumstance requires re-mobilizing capabilities according to rules that take into account serious research into the origin and legitimacy of political differences.
For his part, the political affairs expert and regional head of the British Research Center, Amjad Taha, said that the Houthi targeting of Al-Anad in Lahj came in coordination with the Brotherhood militias that are besieging the Balhaf port in Shabwa.
Taha added, in a tweet, that it seems that the Taliban's experience motivated the Yemeni brothers to cooperate with Al-Houthi more to occupy the southern regions.
He stressed that the south today possesses military capabilities that have not been used yet, and if they are used, they will be harsh.
