Taiz, NewsYemen:

Soldiers affiliated with a military brigade stormed the apartment of a physically disabled student, yesterday night, in the al-Kamb area, east of the city of Taiz, central Yemen.

Local activists said that three soldiers belonging to the 22nd Mika Brigade, wearing civilian clothes, stormed the apartment of the physically disabled, Najeba Ali Aqlan - a student at Al-Ataa Private University - under the pretext of providing coordinates to the Houthi militia.

According to the activists, the soldiers of the 22nd Brigade Mika stormed the apartment of the handicapped Najeba Aklan at the moment of her husband's absence, and looted her equipment and tools, and threatened to expel her from the apartment, and left after she screamed and neighbors flocked to her.

Activists pointed out that the reason for the attack and the indictment of the handicapped came after she refused to leave her apartment and prevented the gunmen from burglary of the building in which she lives, and her husband works to protect her on the commission of the building owner.
