Major American and British newspapers interview leaders of the "Transitional Council" in Yemen

Five reputable American and British newspapers and magazines conducted interviews with leaders of the Southern Transitional Council, in Yemen, through the video communication department.

The two leaders of the Transitional Council, Ali Al-Kathiri (the official spokesman) and Muhammad Al-Ghaithi (the head of the General Department of Foreign Affairs in the Council) spoke to journalists from the "Telegraph", "The Guardian", "The Wall Street Journal", "Washington Post", and "The  National".

During interviews with representatives of these international newspapers, Al-Kathiri and Al-Ghaithi provided detailed explanations about the developments in the political, economic and security situation in the capital, Aden, and the governorates of southern Yemen.

They also discussed the efforts and position of the Transitional Council at the humanitarian and political levels and the political process sponsored by the United Nations, in Yemen, the Riyadh Agreement, and the government of parity between the south and the north, according to Ali Al Kathiri, a spokesman for the Council.
