Aden, NewsYemen:

Journalist Salah Al-Saqladi said that at least two things can be expected from the visit of the UN envoy to Aden and his meeting with the President of the Southern Transitional Council.

The first is that the security situation in the city is not in the bleak picture that some media exaggerate, although this situation is actually not ideal like other conditions in many governorates.

He stressed that a UN official of this magnitude cannot risk his life and his team if he feels a real danger to their lives.

He added that the other thing is that the southern issue has become very difficult to overcome internationally and regionally, as well as locally at any stage of the expected political settlements.

He mentioned that from Aden, in the wake of the disastrous 1994 war, through which the unitary project was finished, the Yemeni crisis, which creates in its womb its legitimate child, the southern cause, and from Aden, efforts must be launched to draw the features of a political solution to the Yemeni crisis and the southern issue.

And he tweeted: "A just solution that is not curbed by the myths of alleged references that have turned into gritty bones, and is not hindered by the ragged rhymes of constants that have been folded by the changes on the ground."
